Supporting Shula

We are proud to be supporting this very brave little girl Shula, who will be coming in to the salon on Monday 26th October to have her head shaved to raise funds for The Alzheimer’s Society.

“Shula’s Grandad died in April 2020. Over the last 5 years we had slowly been losing him to Alzheimer’s disease. She  would like to raise money to help find a cure and help others suffering from this awful disease.  On Monday October 26th she is going to shave her head.  The  shaved hair will be donated to  The Little Princess Trust to make wigs for children that have lost their hair due to cancer treatment.

Alzheimer’s Society is transforming the landscape of dementia forever. Until the day we find a cure, we will create a society where those affected by dementia are supported and accepted, able to live in their community without fear or prejudice.”
