Used to help improve the health and well-being and balance the whole body which in turn encourages the body to heal itself from many disorders. This is achieved through application of pressure to specific points on the feet, each point relating to a different part of the body.   Includes a deeply relaxing foot massage using a blend of aromatherapy oils and a 5 minute reiki session to help you begin your reflexology journey.

Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese word that roughly translates into “Universal Life Force Energy”.  It is a “hands on” technique for stress reduction and relaxation which helps to improve the health and well-being, physically, mentally and spiritually.  Includes a deeply relaxing foot massage using a blend of aromatherapy oils and a mindful meditation to help you begin your reiki journey.

• Helps to relieve pain and symptoms of many illnesses eg asthma, chronic fatigue, menopausal symptoms, insomnia.

Rejuvenate Treatment Course

3 treatments – one a month 

This course of treatments enables you to destress and take time out whilst contributing to long lasting health benefits.

Maintenance Treatment Course

6 treatments- one every other week

This course of treatments will benefit you if you suffer from a chronic illness, are going through a life changing event or a particularly stressful period in your life, by helping to manage physical and mental stress and anxiety.

Price: 

£290 for reflexology

£290 for reiki (£130 for children’s course)

Intensive Treatment Course

9 treatments – one a week

This course of treatments is for you if you are suffering from a stressful situation on a daily basis, be it physical, mental or emotional, enabling you to have time out on a regular basis, helping you to feel more in control and better able to deal with the challenges you face.

Price:

£430 for reflexology

£430 for reiki (£180 for children’s course)
