Body Treatments
Recovery for your skin and body starts with a consultation. Your therapist will design a treatment for you based on the Aveda Elemental Nature customisation philosophy. We will help you achieve balance by recommending the appropriate techniques, self-care and products that are right for you.
Taking care of the skin on our bodies is just as important as caring for our face. Exfoliation and hydration is necessary to have that healthy glow and beautiful tone. Our soothing body treatments are designed to not only provide total relaxation and a much needed escape from everyday life, but detoxify your body and hydrate your skin, leaving you feeling revitalized and rested.
Our full range of products allows you to re-create your spa experience or look at home. All products used in our spa are available for you to purchase.
Our highly trained spa professionals can guide you through our ranges and help you choose suitable products specifically tailored to your needs. They can also give you usage and application advice and can often provide free samples.

An exfoliating body treatment featuring customised Aveda body care products and aromas.
This treatment includes a full body exfoliation and application of moisturiser, including scalp, massage and foot reflexology techniques. Utilising a customised Aveda exfoliation formula, this spa experience exfoliates and moisturises the skin, leaving it soft and smooth.

Aveda Aroma Body Wrap
A nurturing and skin-softening combination of exfoliation, body masque and body wrap, with a focused foot and scalp massage to awaken the senses and renew body and mind.
The Aveda Aroma Body Wrap is a detoxifying seaweed body wrap treatment customised with Aveda body care products and aromas. The treatment includes a dry exfoliation, seaweed body masque, scalp and face massage and foot reflexology techniques.
