No need to have yet another card in your purse/wallet as we use computerised technology for our guest records so your points are automatically added to your personal guest file.

•    Earn 2 loyalty points for every £1 you spend on services, treatments & retail purchases in our salon & spa.
•    1000 points = £10.00 for you to use off any services or treatments in the salon or spa.

Pure Rewards Terms and Conditions:

• Points can be redeemed for all services in the salon or spa.
• Points cannot be redeemed against gift vouchers or retail products.
• Points will be awarded once your appointment bill has been closed and not at time of booking.
• You can check your Pure Reward balance at our salon or via the client portal within our Pure booking system. Click here to access our booking system.
• You can only redeem up to 2000 points in a single transaction.
• Points expire after a year if not redeemed.
• Points can only be redeemed at till point within the salon, you cannot redeem points when booking online or via the phone.
• Points cannot be used as part-payment when using another offer.
• Points cannot be transferred to a new guest.

If you need to change any of the details you provided when you registered, please either update your details through the client portal on our booking system, or contact the salon via phone or email.

To receive notifications about your Pure Reward Points, you must have opted in to receive our marketing emails and SMS notifications.
