All treatments are personalised and tailored to your individual requirements. A full consultation is carried out initially to determine the best course of action with the aim of providing each guest with treatments that will improve hair & scalp health and well-being in the long term. Then once your hair & scalp is in a good condition, a regular treatment will be recommended to suit your individual needs.
Carron Grazette
Carron is a hairdressing author, educator, City & Guilds assessor and is a registered Associate Member of the Institute of Trichologists, thereby bound by the Institute’s Code of Professional Practice and Ethics.
She has obtained a wealth of experience and knowledge from hairdressing throughout Europe and the Caribbean. Carron is a veteran when it comes to treating hair loss and has witnessed the emotional ups and downs her guests face.
People may feel reluctant to go out in public because of anxiety, tension and low self-esteem. In the hair loss journey, she knows it’s important to protect the heart as well as the hair.

Trichology
An initial hair and scalp health examination is carried out on each guest to ensure that the treatment is tailored to your individual needs.
A discussion is carried out with you to see if you are happy to proceed with the recommendations that l have suggested. The aim is to provide you with the right treatments that will improve your hair & scalp health and well-being in the long term.
Where appropriate an Invati Advanced™ treatment will be carried out. Thickening shampoos and conditioners like those in the invati advanced™ system help enhance the appearance of hair’s texture. The system can also help reduce breakage,* which can improve the look of hair thinning.
After your individual treatment has been completed, I will provide you with details and recommendations for a regular treatment plan which will be tailored to your individual needs.

Reasons To Consult A Trichologist
Trichology is the science of the structure, function and diseases of the human hair. Clinical trichology is the diagnosis and treatment of diseases and disorders of the human hair and scalp
• Hair Loss – Hair loss can cause great anxiety and distress, there are many misunderstandings about its causes and treatments, with few clinical practioners who specialise in the hair and scalp, our Trichologist is unique in the fact that their specialism focuses on the hair and scalp.
• Scalp Problems – Problems of the scalp range from dandruff to more inflammatory conditions such as seborrhoeic dermatitis and Psoriasis. Our Trichologist will not only accurately diagnose your condition but is well placed to advise on treatment shampoos and Trichological treatments that will help you to manage the condition very effectively. There are a number of factors such as stress, diet, allergies, family inheritance and medications that can lead to scalp problems and our Trichologist is well placed to identify the triggers and causes to provide holistic advice to you.
• Hair Texture Problems – Problems with hair texture can be caused by over exposure to heat or strong chemicals, or by many of the other stresses and strains to which we subject our hair.
In such cases, co-operation with Carron a qualified hairdresser is important, and it indicates that Carron is uniquely placed with her trichologists’ training overlapping both the medical and the cosmetic in areas not normally covered by either stand alone trichologists or hairdressers.
Additional Advice
Please note: A Trichologist although highly trained is not able to prescribe, if prescribed medications or biopsies are necessary to obtain a complete diagnosis, your Trichologist will work with your GP and Dermatologist to provide information, referrals and suggestions to ensure that an effective treatment plan is identified and put into place for the best outcome for you.
